Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
✅ Service Not Delivered – If the influencer fails to complete the agreed service within the specified timeframe.
✅ Violation of Terms – If the influencer violates our Terms of Service or engages in fraudulent activity.
✅ Order Canceled by Influboom – If Influboom cancels an order due to policy violations.
✅ Mutual Agreement – If both the influencer and client agree to a refund before service completion.
Refunds will not be issued for:
🚫 Change of mind after service has started.
🚫 Dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of the service (e.g., personal preference).
🚫 Completed services that meet the agreed-upon requirements.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact the Influencer – Try to resolve the issue directly with them.
2️⃣ Open a Dispute – If no resolution is reached, submit a dispute via the platform.
3️⃣ Investigation – Our team will review the case, including messages, proofs, and service details.
4️⃣ Decision & Refund Processing – If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
All payments are held in escrow until service completion. If a dispute arises, Influboom will mediate and determine whether a refund is warranted.
Influboom reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the latest version.
